 I would like to take this moment of your time to thank you for the very pleasant experience I had while purchasing a new Frontier.

Everyone involved in the deal were very easy to work with and when they came back with the exact number I had in mind for my
trade, without me even mentioning what I wanted for it, well that part of the deal was awesome. So awesome in fact that I did not
feel the need to try to " Haggle" to try to save a few bucks.

And getting into finance and seeing no "Funny Business" in the contract was another breath of fresh air.
David is a great guy and we had a nice talk about selling cars in the old days, as I was in sales 25 years ago, and that's when
car salesmen did not have the best of reputations. I would rather go to the dentist than buy a new car.

It's really nice to see that you are not that kind of Dealership, and your people are great, and I'm glad I am in a position to be 
able to purchase a new vehicle and help someone like Peter and Janelle and I hope they make some money on the back end
of the deal as well, and I wish I could have bought two vehicles.

I would like to thank Mr Peter Fletcher for helping us with our new purchase. We had a Wonderful experience thanks to his service!! This is by far the easiest purchase experience we have ever had when purchasing a new car. Everything was seemless write down to the clear explanation on the final paperwork with Mr Kent Brown. 

Truth be told, I really didn't want to part with my old car. It was more of a necessity for winter. I have to say that with all the upgrades and AWD I know I will be safe and happy for years to come. Peter was really knowledgable about the car and all it's features for safety and extras.

Thanks so much for the wonderful warm and friendly service shown to us by the staff at Reno Nissan. I appreciate your timely communications reminding me of our service and maintenance needs. You certainly provided us with a great deal on our service work coupled with convenience. Ed and Jose were very focused on customer service and Jose helped us find a nice place to eat and browse (Nevada Art Museum) while our car was being worked on. Once the work was completed, Darryl's crew did a fantastic job in cleaning our car which was totally unexpected. The results were so good that I plan to bring my car back to be detailed. As a result, I see no need to find independant garages to different and separate services on my car when Reno Nissan can deliver the entire package of service.

Thanks again for the outstanding service. I think the only thing missing was a video poker machine in the waiting room (just joking).

My name is Barbara Pope and I purchased a new Altima from your dealership on 10-24-10 I am writing because I would like to compliment you for having such a great salesman. Jason Tate took his time and explained everything about the car to me he was the ONLY reason that I purchased this car from this dealership. Had any other sales person been the one I spoke with I do not honestly think I would have completed this purchase. I have been to many many car lots thinking of getting a new car but the sales people were either too pushy or not interested in taking the time it took for me to actually make such a major decision. Jason was consistently knowledgeable and understanding, he gave me his attention but did not make me feel high pressure at any time during the process, something that I have never experienced from a sales person before. I would recommend this dealership and Jason to anyone I know looking for a car as this was the most effortless and positive process I have ever encountered in a major purchase. I can not say enough about how excellent Jason was. Others there were also extremely good such as managers Lee, and Carlos and David in financials, the entire staff there is above average and helpful but Jason Tate was amazing, in the last few years I have been considering this major purchase he went the extra mile and assisted me in the most honest and completely wonderful way this was a pleasure and Jason is more than any customer can ask for in a sales person. Because my Husband and I were so very pleased with the Nissan team when we purchased his 2010 Titan; we returned to Nissan to purchase a new car for me.

After thirty-three years of driving medium to large vehicles and fifteen of those years driving Semi-Trucks, I would never have imagined or contemplated that I would buy a small vehicle.

Thanks to Peter for not ignoring or down playing my interest in the Juke (while I was test driving an Exterra). It was cold and late in the evening, but with outstanding guest services Peter granted me my request to test drive the Juke.

The Juke's performance and versatility was exactly what I wanted and needed to drive in the ever changing weather and terrain of Tahoe. My Husband and I are "Sturdy" (nice name for Large lol) so we're always looking for room in a vehicle. The Juke was amazingly spacious and comfortable. I loved it and was not going to be happy with anything else!

There has only been two times in my life that I have been speechless. But now thanks to the Nissan Team; I can say three times! 
As the proud owner of a 2011 Juke; I am Highly Satisfied !!!!!!!!!!!!
